Made in Australia · Xero native

The operating system for people who love the batch.

One platform from production to payment. Raw lots, recipes, batches, wholesale orders, dispatch and Xero invoices, without the spreadsheets in between.

Born on the floor of a working Sydney roastery. Running live, every day.

Every kilogram traced from the sack it arrived in to the invoice it left on. One system, no re-keying.

The problem

Right now, running a roastery takes three systems and a prayer.

Ordering software that knows nothing about production. Inventory software that has never heard of roast loss. And the spreadsheet that quietly holds it all together.

$200+/mo
B2B ordering networks

Take the orders, but know nothing about your green beans, your batches or your costs. Plus a setup fee, plus their platform between you and your customers.

$399+/mo
Generic inventory ERPs

Speak in "assemblies" and "works orders", not blends and batches. No wholesale portal, no per-cafe pricing, no idea what roast loss is.

Grows with you
Roast profiling tools

Beautiful curves, volume-based pricing that punishes growth, and no connection to your accounting at all.

The platform

Everything between the sack and the statement.

Built and battle-tested inside a working roastery, not a boardroom. These are not roadmap promises. They run in production today.

Raw lot inventory

Green beans, leaf, cacao or grain: every lot tracked with origin, cost, supplier and stock levels. Reorder alerts before you run dry.

Recipes and blends

Bill-of-materials recipes with component percentages and yield loss built in. Production planning computes exactly what you need to make the week's orders.

Batch traceability

Every batch numbered, dated and traced: inputs deducted, outputs lotted with best-before dates. Recall-ready without lifting a finger.

Your own wholesale portal

Your customers order from your branded portal: catalog, cart, saved cards, one-click reorder and standing orders. No marketplace in the middle.

Per-customer pricing

Every cafe sees only the products you choose, at the prices you set. Private label, custom names, minimum quantities and free-freight rules included.

Xero, properly

Invoices raised on dispatch, purchase orders pushed to suppliers, draft bills on goods receipt, daily payment sync, GST mapped per category. Australian accounting, done right.

Dispatch and payments

Confirm, pick, ship. Cards charged on dispatch or invoices raised on account, stock deducted automatically, tracking recorded. Declines block the ship, not your cash flow.

Customers and equipment

Multi-location accounts, application approvals, agreements with e-signing, and loaned equipment tracked with service history. The whole relationship in one place.

A team that knows coffee

Built-in AI support answers your customers' brewing questions from your own product notes, and helps new staff find their feet faster.

The portal

What your customers see: your brand, their prices.

Each cafe logs in to your branded portal and sees only the products you've given them, at the prices you've set. Private label shows their name, not yours. Saved cards, one-click reorder and standing orders mean the Tuesday order places itself.

Our story

Born in a roastery, not a boardroom.

We didn't set out to build software. We set out to run a roastery without drowning in spreadsheets. Every screen in this platform exists because someone on our floor needed it that week.

Love the Batch grew inside Numero Uno Coffee Roasters in Sydney, where it still runs the whole operation every single day: the roasting, the warehouse, the cafe, the wholesale accounts and the books.

Moving over is our job, not yours.

Founding members get white-glove onboarding. You keep roasting; we do the moving.

1

We import your world

Products, customers, pricing, suppliers and open orders come across from your spreadsheets or current tools. We do the mapping with you on a call.

2

Your cafes get a link

Each wholesale customer receives a login to your branded portal with their pricing already in place. No training required on their side.

3

The first order flows to Xero

Connect Xero once, map your accounts, and from the first dispatch your invoices, bills and payments look after themselves.

Questions

Asked by every roaster so far.

How does my data get in?

We import it for you. Send us whatever you have: spreadsheets, exports from your current ordering platform or ERP, even photos of the whiteboard. Founding members get a working account set up with their real products, customers and pricing before they pay a cent.

What happens to my customers on my current ordering platform?

They move with you. Your cafes get a login link to your own branded portal with their pricing already loaded, so their experience gets better, not different. There is no marketplace between you and them, and no per-order clip.

Do I have to give up my roast profiling software?

No. Keep Cropster, Artisan or whatever you use for curves; that's the craft side. Love the Batch runs the business side: lots, batches, orders, dispatch and accounting. They live happily side by side.

Where is my data hosted?

In Sydney, on managed Australian-region infrastructure, with daily backups. Your data is yours: export it any time.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time, full export on the way out. Founding members keep their founding price for as long as they stay, not because a contract traps them.

How does the Xero integration actually work?

Deeper than most: invoices are raised automatically when an order ships, purchase orders push to Xero when you send them to a supplier, draft bills are created when goods arrive, and payment status syncs back daily. GST is mapped per product category, including GST-free coffee and tea.
